Verdon Gorge | Provence

Domaine Castellane is located in Haute Provence in the popular region of the Verdon Gorge in southern France. In this beautiful area, all the goodness of the Alps meets the best of the Mediterranean. The most visited attraction is a 21 km long and 700 m deep canyon, through which the turquoise green Verdon River flows. The cliffs along the banks of the river rise majestically above the water.

Nearby are the lakes of Chaudanne, Castillon, and the Lake of Sainte-Croix. Here, it's all about hiking, biking, outdoor activities, and water sports. Rent a canoe or pedal boat, swim in crystal clear waters that are 27°C in summer, or stroll along the many paths through the forest along the water.
